Wash Programs

Types of wash programs:
• Wash program during makeready
• Different wash programs for production-run cleaning of plate, blanket and impression cylinder during production depending on the degree of soiling
• Programs for thorough final cleaning at the end of a production

Depending on the printing material and the printing conditions, the wash cycle should be carried out every 5.000 copies. As a rule the waste rate is <15 copies, depending on the printing technological conditions concerned and the different printing materials. Variations are possible with coated papers.
