The product

•    The fully automated Baldwin ProTech Flexo uses a rotating and oscillating brush roller to clean stereos and an integrated Air Knife to dry the plate. The gentle action of the rotating brush provides superior cleaning without damaging or scratching the stereo.
•    At any time during a production run the system can execute a clean for all press plate cylinders with the press units closed and coupled.
•    All functions are programmed to work automatically: on/off cleaning devices, spraying of the pre-set amount of detergent and/or water onto the brush, as well as cleaning of the brush rollers themselves prior to the next cleaning cycle.
•    The Baldwin Automatic ProTech Flexo can be installed on a large variety of presses. Bobst, Cuir, Emba, Langston, Martin, SHS, Texo, Goepfert, Marquip Ward United and Celmacch are just some of the press manufacturers where our patented system can be fitted to their presses.
