The QuadCure™ UV Design

The QuadCure™ design features enhanced water-cooling and excellent heat management which ensures minimal heating of the substrate and press. Eight water channels effectively remove any heat absorbed by the shutter backings.

As only a small amount of air extraction is required for lamp cooling, the airflow management in the lamp head ensures minimal contamination.

At standby the lamp will remain on at very low power with the shutters being closed.

It is possible to perform blanket washing while the lamp remains on.  Note: this feature is press model dependent, (please inquire this functionality with the press manufacturer as well).

On impression the shutter will open and the lamp power will adjust automatically with press speed.  Full integration with the press control ensures safe operation.
