BALDWIN RESCHEDULES EARNINGS ANNOUNCEMENT
Shelton, CT, August 15, 2007 – Baldwin Technology Company, Inc.
(AMEX: BLD) announced today that since its new audit firm requires additional time to complete its audit of the Company’s financial statements, the Company will reschedule the date of its fourth quarter and year-end earnings release originally scheduled for Thursday, August 16, 2007.
